About Me 

I am a qualified psychodynamic psychotherapist. I undertook my professional training at WPF Therapy, one of the leading academic and clinical institutions in the UK and practiced for several years within the WPF Therapy clinic in London. I am a registered member of the BPC (British Psychoanalytic Council) and the FPC (Foundation for Psychotherapy and Counselling) and follow their strict ethical codes and professional standards of confidentiality and practice.

I also trained and worked as a Samaritan providing support to people who were distressed, despairing or suicidal.  Before practising as a counsellor and psychotherapist, I worked for many years in business and have an awareness of how challenging and demanding working life can be.
